New York Attorney Derek T. Smith • Speaking on behalf of his 83-year-old client, Evelyn Paswall, who injured herself on the glass door in front of a Long Island Apple Store. Despite her vision being intact, she didn’t realize it was glass and broke her nose. Therefore Paswall is suing … for a million dollars.
